Digital Product Delivery and Access

The education, training and mentoring packages available through Organised Success are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped as part of these packages unless expressly stated before purchase.

How You Receive Your Purchase

After your purchase and initial payment have been successfully processed, you will receive an email containing the download links, login information and access instructions relevant to your package.

Depending on the package purchased, your email may include:

• Links to download digital materials

• Access instructions for online training

• Login or registration details

• Information about mentoring or coaching

• Instructions for booking your getting-started session

• Contact details for assistance

Some elements may be provided through more than one email or online platform.

Delivery Time

Your initial confirmation email will generally be sent shortly after payment has been successfully processed.

Access to some program materials may require registration or account activation and may be provided separately. Please allow up to two business days for all access details to be issued.

Correct Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a current and correctly entered email address at checkout.

Please check your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders if you have not received your access email.

If an incorrect email address was entered, please contact Organised Success so your details can be corrected and your access information resent.

Problems Accessing Your Purchase

If a download link does not work, an email has not arrived or you have difficulty accessing the online materials, please contact:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The email address used for the purchase

• Your order or invoice number

• The package purchased

• A brief description of the access problem

We will investigate the issue and resend or restore access where appropriate.

Commencement of Services

Access to the package begins when the applicable digital materials, online access or mentoring services are made available to you.

Where a payment plan applies, access may commence only after the required upfront payment has cleared and the payment arrangement has been accepted.

Access may be suspended if a scheduled payment fails or remains overdue, subject to the applicable payment agreement and Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All digital materials supplied are for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated.

Download links, login information, training materials and program content must not be copied, shared, resold, reproduced or distributed to another person without written permission.
