With more than two decades of experience across marketing, events, stakeholder engagement, and business operations, Heidi Jarvis has built a career defined by creativity, connection, and community. Based in Ballarat, Victoria, she has worked across government, tourism, retail, aviation, and regional development — always with a focus on bringing people and ideas together.

Heidi began her journey in international marketing before founding Organised Success, a consultancy delivering event management, marketing, and business development solutions for clients across government, corporate, and community sectors. Over 20 years, she produced large-scale festivals, high-profile launches, and strategic marketing campaigns for organisations including City of Ballarat, Federation University, Sharp Airlines, Sovereign Hill, and the Committee for Ballarat.

Her entrepreneurial drive led her to create and operate multiple successful e-commerce brands, including Boutique Heidi Handkerchiefs and Garage79 Car Apparel. 

Through these ventures, Heidi built a loyal global customer base, managed manufacturing and supplier networks, and developed strong brand identities that blended creativity with commercial insight. 

These experiences deepened her understanding of marketing, leadership, and the evolving digital landscape — knowledge she now shares through mentoring and personal development programs that empower others to build meaningful, flexible businesses of their own.
